The story :
There were ~5000 TCDs in a quarter, and ~9000 in the past 6 months, raised by the users complaining about their frustrations of juggling multiple platforms to keep a track of the corporate events happening in the companies they're actively investing.
Our goal was to reduce these tickets by 60-70% by building a suitable medium for the users within the app to stay informed about crucial corporate events that could impact their active holdings.
