The visual hierarchy in the existing build was giving more significance to ‘Order details’ rather than ‘tracking order updates’.

Why ‘tracking order updates’?
This page is an L2 page for getting tracking updates. The L1 touchpoint is either a link provided to the users for tracking their order on whatsapp / text messages, or through a tracking page where users input their order’s required credentials.
So the obvious goal of the users was to get the updates of their order first, rather than their order details (which have been briefly provided with the message).

Also there was some irrelevant information with no context for the users being displayed.
